  • New computer and peripherals (ie printers, monitors, etc.) delivery, setup, and configuration
  • Software installation and upgrades
  • Wired and Wireless network setup and configuration
  • E-mail setup and configuration
  • Virus, spyware, malicious software removal and prevention
  • Hardware and software problem solving and troubleshooting
  • Data backup and off-site storage
  • Data recovery
