Known as “Mrs. Flintstone” for my lack of technical savvy, I dove into this age of “i” everything with an iPod Touch. Now the challenge was to find help in breaking through the swirl of confusion, apprehension, crashes and other messes made by trying to “figure it out” alone. Super-techie friends, teenagers, and store clerks who could not relate to or communicate with “entry” level baby-boomers were no help….until Rick stepped in as both a technician and a coach, and the fog began to clear. To him, no question was too “stupid” and no mistake too crazy. Best of all, his enthusiasm was contagious and I’ve started to have FUN.
